You’re Fired wins “Family Favorite” Award – 2015
You're Fired has been selected again by the readers of Parenting New Hampshire as a “Family Favorite” award recipient for Favorite Place for Arts and Crafts. The Family Favorite awards are a new award program that recognizes family-friendly businesses, services and places in over 60 categories – as chosen by the readers of Parenting New Hampshire Magazine. “The Family Favorites’ award program recognizes those places, people and things that make New Hampshire a great place to raise a family,” said Melanie Hitchcock, editor of Parenting New Hampshire. “Discovering and enjoying new places, and creating special memories with your kids are what make being a parent fun and rewarding. New Hampshire has many great year-round places where you can have fun with your family, and so we asked our reader’s to share their favorites.” "We have enhanced our efforts to create a place where friends and family can share special times, and not just a place to paint pottery", said Ricci Allard, Owner of the four Southern NH Studios. "There are not many places or activities that can bridge the generational gap, but we regularly see Grandparents sitting, talking, painting, and creating right along side their grandchildren", Allard continued, "it gives us all a great feeling". She went on to thank the readers of Parenting Magazine for their recognition of her staffs efforts. The Family Favorite Awards voting took place online from June 1 through July 31, 2014. Nearly 1100 votes were cast over the two month survey. The results of the reader’s poll will appear in the October 2013 issue of Parenting New Hampshire. Parenting New Hampshire is the state’s premier parenting magazine and a resource for families who live in or visit New Hampshire throughout the year.Blog
