33. A SAFE AND PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT – DIVERSE & INCLUSIVE.
We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive
Studio for all of our employees and customers. With this in
mind, we have established the following policy to ensure that
all of our employees treat customers, as well as each other,
with fairness and respect, while also maintaining neutrality
when it comes to controversial or “hot” topics while at the
Studio. We as a team will do our best to:
• We will treat all customers and fellow employees
equally, regardless of their background, race, gender,
religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic
that could be subject to discrimination.
• We will not engage in any conversations or activities that
could cause controversy among customers, fellow
employees, or within the community. This includes
avoiding discussions about politics, religion,
controversial and “hot” social issues, or any other
divisive topic.
• We will, of course, allow customers to engage in their
own conversations, and express their own opinions, as
long as it does not disturb other customers or create a
hostile environment.
• We are committed to maintaining a safe and peaceful
environment for our customers to enjoy the “You’re
Fired” experience. We ask that employees refrain from
any discussion or behavior that could cause disruption
or distract from the customer’s experience.
• We encourage employees to report any incidents of
discrimination, harassment, or other inappropriate
behavior from customers or other employees. We will
take all necessary measures to address and prevent
such behavior in our studios.
• Finally, we want our Studios to be free from local
controversies and disputes. We ask that employees not
express any personal opinions, beliefs, or affiliations that
may even be perceived as divisive or controversial.
By following these guidelines, we have done our best to
ensure that all of the staff, as well as all of our customers feel
welcomed, respected, and comfortable in our Studios. Thank
